I have spent several hours trying to work with their online service - to no avail.Hi Scott. https://treefaq294.weebly.com/amazon-kindle-for-mac.html. I've been using Quicken for about the same length of time. Right now I'm running Quicken 2017 Deluxe on a Windows 7 64 bit desk top. I use Direct Connect for 2 bank accounts, 4 credit cards and a home and car loan. I also use the mobile app. I'm having no issues.

I'm with you. I'm giving Quicken some time to get out of its funk. I'm running Q2015 so I go EOL in 2 months, and am hoping they work out most of the quirks in 2018 by then. There's just nothing else out there now that offers the breadth of what Q does. If they could only dedicate themselves to debugging whats already there it would be a great program.I have run desktop versions of Moneyspire, Ace Money, and Moneydance in parallel with my QWP2018 Program, and I still cannot find a program to compare with all the features of Quicken.
Quicken.Inc is a new Company splitting from Intuit. I hearthat It has had to hire new personal including a new development team which I believe has been rewriting the Program (all flavors) from archaic coding with no help from the former parent - Intuit.
I made a vow to give the new Company a chance for one year. I hope that other users will also give the New Company a chance.
Just my 2-cents worth. (grin)

Yes I've got a PayPal problem! No I'm not happy it can't seem to keep it together'. But I still get more out of Quicken than the problems take away. As much as anyone, I want to see the New Quicken as successful as the old one was in it's Hay Day.I'm with MRZOOKIE and JERRY. I too was very frustrated, but gave QMAC 2018 a try and am happy I did. My transition went very smoothly, and when I did contact support with a problem, the representative was knowledgeable and helpful. I had looked into several alternative programs, but I couldn't find anything as full-blown as Quicken. I've been with them for decades, so I'm hanging in there with full confidence that the new owners are doing their best to resolve a lot of the issues and bring the Mac version to a par with the Windows version. Kuddos, guys.
